Kids Acting Against Cancer, Inc.(KAAC) is a non-profit charity organization that raises money to help the fight against cancer. Jaclyn and Whitten Montgomery founded KAAC out of their dream to help kids and their families suffering from cancer. Inspired by their mother, Sandy, who was diagnosed with a non-curable form of non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma over 9 years ago, their mission is to literally act to help find the cure. The sister’s love for the theatre and creating productions was a natural way for them to cope with the worry and fear of cancer when it became a part of their lives. Jaclyn and Whitten, along with countless other children of all ages, have put on musical productions of Annie® and Grease® to raise money for the charity. In addition to entertaining, they have distributed backpacks and gift packs to sick children locally as well as made generous donations to several cancer charities. With your support, KAAC will continue to help many individuals and their families whose lives have been affected by cancer. |
